What Youll Do:
Once every quarter (every 90 days), youll spend 23 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.Key Responsibilities:
Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoodsVisually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc.Mark findings on provided site mapsTrack mileage and timeReturn completed folders to your managers
