Position Overview We are hiring an Inspector Manager to help expand our Arizona operations. This is a leadership-focused field sales role that combines: Door-to-door canvassing leadership Roofing inspections Insurance restoration sales Team development and training Customer relationship management Project oversight from inspection to completion The Inspector Manager will be responsible for personally leading newly hired setters in the field, helping them generate opportunities through door-knocking, and then running the inspections and closing opportunities generated from those efforts. This is a hands-on leadership position — not a sit-behind-the-desk management role. What You'll Do Door-knock alongside newly hired setters and sales reps throughout the Phoenix metro area Pick up new setters from the office and take them into territory a minimum of 4 days per week Train new reps in the field on lead generation, communication, and appointment setting Help newly hired reps generate inspection opportunities through door-to-door marketing Personally run roofing inspections generated by your team and marketing efforts Document roof conditions using photos and inspection notes Educate homeowners on roofing systems and insurance claims Present retail and insurance-based roofing solutions Meet with insurance adjusters when needed Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle Maintain CRM updates and job documentation Recruit, onboard, and mentor setters, inspectors, and sales reps Work alongside production and office teams to ensure smooth project completion Receive and run company-provided marketing leads weekly in addition to self-generated opportunities What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience Roofing, solar, construction, pest control, or in-home sales experience preferred Leadership or team management experience is a plus Strong communication and closing ability Comfortable leading from the front in a door-to-door environment Ability to self-generate leads and help build a team All Candidates Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors in Arizona heat Comfortable door-knocking daily with new reps Organized, accountable, and reliable Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Coachable mindset with leadership potential Why Join Outlaws Roofing? $5,000 monthly base pay Uncapped commissions Weekly marketing leads provided Leadership growth opportunities Strong training and onboarding systems Professional operations and support staff Fast-growing Arizona market High-energy culture focused on growth and accountability Long-term career opportunity with management potential
