This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to start conversations, build relationships, create excitement, and turn local connections into real business. If you are a natural hunter, connector, relationship builder, or community networker, this role gives you the chance to make meaningful extra income by helping people take the first step toward getting stronger. Strong producers can realistically earn $1,500 to $3,000+ per month through approved monthly service pay and escalating member acquisition bonuses. This is not a passive brand ambassador role. This is a community growth role for someone who can create qualified conversations, book appointments, and help turn the right prospects into Alloy members. About Alloy Personal Training Alloy is small-group personal training for adults 35+ who want strength, structure, and accountability without having to figure it out alone. Every session is coach-led, thoughtfully programmed, and tailored to the individual. This is not an open-gym experience. Members train in small groups of six or fewer with a coach who understands their goals, fitness level, and any modifications their body may need. Every prospective member starts with a complimentary 60-minute Starting Point Session where we learn about their goals, review injuries or limitations, complete an InBody scan, assess how they move, take them through a workout, and recommend the best next step. Your role is to help the right people take that first step. The Opportunity We are looking for someone who can get into the community, build relationships, and generate qualified leads. You will help create opportunities through: Local referral partners Health, wellness, and recovery businesses Employers and professional offices Community events and neighborhood activations Club sports and parent communities Local schools and parent groups when seasonally appropriate The goal is simple: Start conversations. Book Starting Point Sessions. Help qualified prospects become Alloy members. This is not a sit-behind-a-table-and-wait role. This is not a social media influencer role. This is not a coaching role. This is not a front desk role. This is for someone who likes creating opportunity, building relationships, and being rewarded for results. Compensation This is a flexible 1099 contractor opportunity for an initial 90-day pilot. Compensation includes approved service pay for completed growth activities plus escalating member acquisition bonuses, paid to an independent contractor according to agreed-upon project terms. High-performing contractors can realistically earn $1,500 to $3,000+ per month in a flexible, part-time opportunity. The better you are at creating qualified conversations, booking Starting Point Sessions, and helping the right prospects become Alloy members, the more you can earn. Compensation details will be reviewed during the interview process. Location This role supports Alloy Personal Training locations in: Ahwatukee Foothills South Tempe Qualified prospects should generally live, work, or regularly spend time within approximately a 12-minute drive of one of the studios.
