Door to Door Salesman

Requirements for Hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives (Roofing) We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven door-to-door sales representatives to join our roofing sales team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door prospecting in designated areas to identify homes with potential roofing repair or replacement needs.
• Effectively present our company's services, explaining the benefits of our quality materials and workmanship.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for free estimates with our roofing specialists.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships, offering exceptional service from the first contact.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and market trends.
• Accurately record customer information and daily activities in our CRM system.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience in door-to-door (D2D) sales, preferably in the construction, home improvement, or related services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills. Must be able to interact with a variety of people in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Results-oriented and highly motivated. A strong drive to achieve and surpass sales goals is expected.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in the field.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive, proactive, and resilient attitude in the face of rejection.
• Reliable and punctual. Desirable Requirements (Highly Valued):
• Basic knowledge of roofing materials and processes.
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Experience using a CRM to manage prospects and clients.
