Job Description
Arizona Pristine Roofing is seeking a motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This commission-based position is ideal for individuals with door-to-door sales experience who are passionate about helping homeowners and building strong customer relationships. As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with homeowners, conducting roof assessments, and guiding customers through the roofing and insurance restoration process. Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and schedule inspections. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and service. Educate customers on roofing systems, repair options, replacements, and insurance claims. Follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process. Utilize company-provided technology to manage appointments, customer information, and sales activities. Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations. Represent Arizona Pristine Roofing professionally in the community. Qualifications Previous door-to-door sales experience preferred. Roofing, construction, solar, or home improvement sales experience is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners. Basic math and estimating skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
