In this fast-paced role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for distributing promotional materials and engaging with the community to generate interest and excitement around our campaigns. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help us connect with potential customers, build brand awareness, and support our marketing initiatives. Duties Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional materials in targeted neighborhoods, events, or high-traffic areas to maximize outreach. Engage with community members courteously, answer questions about our services or products, and promote brand awareness through lively conversations. Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to introduce potential customers to our offerings and gather feedback. Coordinate with team members to plan routes, ensure coverage of assigned areas, and optimize outreach efforts. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company at all times. Track distribution progress and report on outreach results to supervisors regularly. Assist with setting up promotional events or booths as needed to enhance visibility. Skills Previous supervising experience is a plus, especially in team coordination or leadership roles. Strong marketing knowledge with an understanding of effective promotional strategies. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively. Experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing campaigns is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a valuable asset for engaging diverse communities effectively. Demonstrated negotiation skills to handle inquiries and encourage participation. Ability to perform telemarketing tasks when required, maintaining professionalism over the phone.
