This position is focused on speaking with homeowners, generating quality leads, and setting appointments for our home improvement services. We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, and comfortable working in residential neighborhoods. The ideal candidate has previous canvassing experience and knows how to build quick rapport with homeowners.

Responsibilities:

Go door-to-door in assigned residential areas to generate leads and set appointments. Speak with homeowners about their needs and introduce our home improvement services. Promote services including water purification, roofing, plumbing, and HVAC solutions. Collect accurate homeowner information and appointment details. Enter lead and appointment information into the company CRM system. Communicate with the sales team to coordinate appointment schedules. Provide daily updates on canvassing activity, lead quality, and appointment results. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while representing Service All-Stars.

Requirements:

Previous door-to-door canvassing experience is required. Home improvement experience is strongly preferred. Knowledge of water purification, roofing, plumbing, and HVAC services is preferred. Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable approaching homeowners and starting conversations. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently. Reliable transportation is required. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Ability to meet or exceed appointment-setting goals.
