Solar Consultant

As a Solar Canvasser, your primary role is to engage homeowners, build interest in solar energy programs, and set qualified appointments for our solar consultants. No prior solar experience is required — we provide full training, ongoing support, and real growth opportunities within one of the fastest-growing industries in the country. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners face-to-face. Educate homeowners on current solar and battery programs available in their area. Generate and qualify leads by setting appointments for solar consultations. Build rapport and create positive first impressions with homeowners. Track leads, appointments, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Represent the company professionally in the field at all times. Work closely with sales leadership and team members to achieve daily and weekly goals. Qualifications Strong communication and people skills. Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-driven. Previous canvassing, door-to-door, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Pay:

$24,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
