Campaign Advocate

Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to promote our initiatives and gather community feedback Engage with diverse audiences using strong communication skills to inform, motivate, and persuade Assist in organizing and executing fundraising events and campaigns to meet organizational goals Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential supporters and donors effectively Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, sharing information, and building trust with community members Collaborate with team members to develop creative outreach strategies that maximize impact Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, supporter interactions, and campaign progress Qualifications Proven supervising experience or leadership in community outreach or related fields Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service roles with a focus on community engagement Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse populations Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising is preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport quickly Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments Demonstrated enthusiasm for advocacy work and community involvement Join us as a Campaign Advocate and become a powerful voice for change!
