Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing campaigns to promote our programs and services in targeted neighborhoods. Build rapport with diverse audiences using effective communication and negotiation skills. Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and responses. Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach approaches and improve campaign effectiveness. Represent the organization positively at all times, demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements Prior experience in supervising or leading teams is a plus but not mandatory; we value leadership potential. Strong background or interest in marketing, sales, or customer service environments. Experience with door-to-door canvassing or telemarketing is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse communities effectively. Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade confidently.
