D2D Canvasser - Hourly Pay + Commission Tidal Remodeling - 4.7 Irvine, CA Job Details Full-time $30 - $70 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Paid training Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Outdoor work Full Job Description $18-$30/HR + BONUSES | Door-to-Door Appointment Setter At Tidal Remodeling, you'll earn guaranteed hourly pay from day one while building valuable sales and communication skills in the field. Unlike many door-to-door opportunities, your responsibility is simply to generate qualified appointments with homeowners. You do not close deals, discuss pricing, or handle contracts. During your first two weeks, you'll participate in our Quick Start training program and earn a guaranteed $18/hr. Once you graduate Quick Start by generating 5 confirmed leads within your first two weeks, your pay increases to $30/hr. Our experienced sales team takes over once the appointment is set, allowing you to focus on what you do best while earning additional bonuses and commissions. What You'll Do Knock residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Generate qualified in-home appointments for our sales team Build rapport and identify homeowner interest Represent Tidal Remodeling professionally in the field Track appointments and communicate with your team What You Won't Do Close sales Discuss pricing or financing Handle contracts or paperwork Manage the sales process after the appointment is set Schedule Start each day from our Irvine office at 10:00 AM Company transportation provided to and from assigned territories Field work in pre-selected neighborhoods Typical day ends around 6:00 PM 5-day work week (includes Saturdays) Compensation & BonusesQuick Start Program $18/hr guaranteed during your first 2 weeks Graduate Quick Start by generating 5 confirmed leads within your first 2 weeks Upon graduation, pay increases to $30/hr Ongoing Earnings $30/hr guaranteed after Quick Start graduation 1% commission on closed deals generated from your appointments $50 bonus for every appointment after your 3rd weekly sit $1,500 bonus for every $100,000 in closed sales volume Elite Tier Performance Program Achieve 7+ sits in a week and earn $35/hr plus 2% commission Elite tier pay is applied retroactively for that week Top performers regularly earn $50-$65+/hr effective earnings Qualifications Door-to-door, canvassing, or outside sales experience preferred Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Positive attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Reliable and able to work outdoors What We Provide Guaranteed hourly pay from day one Company transportation Paid training and structured onboarding Assigned territories Daily coaching and team support Clear advancement opportunities Career Growth Setter Senior Setter Team Lead Sales Closer Many of our top-performing closers started as appointment setters.
