About the Role We are hiring Door-to-Door Appointment Setters to generate qualified in-home appointments for our sales team. What you'll do: Knock residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Qualify interest and set appointments for our sales team Represent Tidal professionally in the field What you won't do: No closing deals No discussing pricing No handling contracts Schedule & Structure Start at our Irvine office (10:00 AM daily) Company-provided transportation (no personal driving required) Field work in assigned neighborhoods Typical day ends around 6:00 PM 5 days/week (includes Saturdays) Compensation (Transparent & Performance-Based) $30/hr guaranteed base pay 1% commission on closed deals from your appointments $50 bonus per appointment after your 3rd weekly sit $1,500 bonus per $100K in closed sales volume

Elite Tier:

7+ sits/week → $35/hr + 2% commission (retroactive for that week) Top performers: $50-$65/hr effective earnings when hitting bonus tiers Sign-On Incentive If you have verified D2D or outside sales experience , you may qualify for a performance-based sign-on bonus during your first 30 days.
