Commercial Appointment Setter / Business Canvasser Flexible Schedule | Bonuses | Career Growth | Training Provided About the Opportunity Looking for a role where your effort directly impacts your earnings? We are a growing commercial HVAC and refrigeration company serving businesses throughout Los Angeles, Ventura County, and the surrounding areas. We help restaurants, retail stores, warehouses, office buildings, and commercial facilities keep their heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems operating efficiently year-round. We're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to introduce our services to local business owners and schedule free HVAC system inspections for our technicians. No HVAC experience is required. You don't need to sell technical services or close contracts.

Your job is simple:

start conversations, identify the right decision-maker, and schedule qualified appointments. This position is perfect for individuals with experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, marketing, or anyone who enjoys meeting new people and being rewarded for performance. Compensation & Earning Potential In addition to your hourly pay, you'll earn performance-based bonuses for qualified appointments and customer conversions.
