Full Job Description Company Overview:
We're a fast-growing solar installation company dedicated to helping families lower their electric bills and take control of their energy future. We're looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with us, make a real impact, and get rewarded generously for their results.
Position Summary:
As a Solar Setter, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, setting appointments for our solar consultants.
Your role is simple:
engage with families, spark interest in solar, and help them take the first step toward saving money on their electric bills.

Responsibilities:
Engage with homeowners in person or over the phone to introduce solar benefits Set qualified appointments for our solar consultants Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our brand Track appointments and report results to the sales team
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required Ability to work evenings and weekends when families are home
Compensation:
High commission structure with top earners making well above industry average $4,000 new hire bonus (ask us how it works!)
