Join Quality Conservation Services (QCS) as a Field Outreach Coordinator! We help property owners and managers take advantage of conservation programs that improve buildings and save energy — and we need motivated, friendly go-getters to help us grow. This is a full-time, year-round role with paid training, great benefits, and plenty of opportunities to earn extra bonuses. What You'll Do Get out in the field to connect with property owners, managers, and decision-makers. Give short, informative presentations and explain how our programs can benefit their properties. Collect signed Property Owner Authorization Forms (POAs) and Property Management Agreements (PMAs). Research potential leads online and plan your outreach strategy. Keep track of your contacts and progress in our system. Coordinate with the office team to make sure installations and follow-ups run smoothly. Keep supervisors in the loop and maintain great relationships with your clients. Aim for a goal of at least 100 apartment installations per week (we'll help you get there!). What We're Looking For Outgoing and confident — you enjoy meeting new people and starting conversations. Comfortable with door-to-door or business-to-business outreach. Good at organizing your day and keeping notes accurate and up to date. Reliable, professional, and customer-focused. Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record. Able to pass a drug screen. At least 6 months of sales or outreach experience preferred—but we'll train the right person! Competitive pay:

  • 22/hour depending on experience.
