We're growing our solar sales team and looking for ambitious individuals to help homeowners learn about energy-saving programs available in their area. No previous experience is required — we provide training, scripts, mentorship, housing, and transportation. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners face-to-face throughout the day Educate homeowners on energy-saving programs that may reduce their electricity costs Identify qualified homeowners using a simple qualification process Set appointments for our solar experts to provide detailed consultations Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance Follow provided scripts and training systems Work closely with a supportive, growth-oriented team What We're Looking For Strong communication skills Positive and outgoing personality Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable talking to 30-50+ people per day Able to work independently with minimal supervision Determined and resilient when facing rejection Ability to walk and stand 5-8 hours per day Coachable and willing to learn Professional attitude and strong work ethic Former athletes, customer service workers, bartenders, servers, and hospitality professionals tend to excel in this role. Compensation Commission-Based Position Our appointment setters earn based on the appointments they generate and the resulting installed systems.
