Duties Assist in planning and executing door-to-door canvassing campaigns to raise awareness and gather support. Collaborate with team members to supervise and motivate new volunteers or interns involved in campaign activities. Skills Proven supervising experience or leadership in team settings. Strong background in marketing, sales, or customer service environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Experience in door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns. Bilingual proficiency to engage with diverse communities confidently. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
