We work alongside nonprofit organizations to increase donor engagement, expand community outreach, and generate sustainable funding that supports life-changing programs and initiatives. Position Summary SAP Impact Group is seeking motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Charity Fundraisers to represent our nonprofit partners and inspire community members to support meaningful causes. In this role, you will engage directly with potential donors, build relationships, communicate the mission of our partner organizations, and secure ongoing financial support that helps charities achieve their goals. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations in a professional and positive manner. Engage with community members through face-to-face fundraising campaigns, including residential door-to-door canvassing and community outreach events. Educate potential donors about the mission, programs, and impact of partner charities. Inspire and secure recurring donations on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Build meaningful relationships with supporters and answer questions about charitable initiatives. Meet and exceed individual and team fundraising goals. Accurately complete donor enrollment and documentation processes. Attend ongoing training sessions and team meetings. Maintain a strong understanding of current campaigns and nonprofit partners. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed performance targets. Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport with new people. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Customer service, sales, fundraising, hospitality, marketing, or community outreach experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to travel within assigned fundraising territories. Ability to safely transport fundraising materials and equipment as needed. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus performance-based bonuses.
