Field Organizer Nuevo Field Campaigns Denver, CO Job Details Temporary | Full-time | Contract $4,000 - $4,500 a month 2 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Quality control Recruiting Organizational skills Canvassing Mobile devices Full Job Description Nuevos Campaign is seeking experienced field organizers to assist a progressive door-to-door canvassing operation in multiple cities across Colorado. Field Organizers will report to and support the Directors in recruiting, training, and managing teams of canvassers. We are hiring organizers for the following areas: Recruitment, Training, Quality Control/Data, and Management. If you are passionate and engaged, we want to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing paid canvass and organizing strategies Recruit and train paid canvassers on door knocking Ensure accurate and reliable submission data throughout the campaign Manage teams of canvassers Provide quantitative and qualitative reports Assist Director in managing field program logistics Gather success stories to be shared internally and externally Perform other duties as neededSkills & Qualifications:
Bilingual preferred Work authorization required 1+ cycles of campaign, specifically paid canvass, experience 1 years experience in campaign management 1-2 year experience with Votebuilder (VAN) Smartphone and laptop required Access to reliable transportation Must be available to work weekends and irregular hours Required to be fully vaccinated prior to the first day of employment Experience in political, community, or grassroots organizing Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and motivate others Ability to solve problems creativelyJob Types:
