Our canvassers use property data and FAA-certified drone technology to target homes with aging or storm-damaged roofs. At the door, you offer homeowners a free live aerial inspection—no obligation. You're not selling. You're providing a valuable service that builds instant credibility and sets more appointments. What You'll Do Canvass pre-filtered neighborhoods using data-driven territory assignments Offer homeowners a free drone roof assessment on the spot—streaming live footage to your tablet Book qualified appointments for our Roofing Consultants and Project Managers Log every interaction and appointment in our CRM (training provided) Participate in weekly team debriefs and territory planning sessions Your Pay — Broken Down Clearly $20 per hour for canvassing $25 bonus per qualified appointment that results in a scheduled run lead and drone inspection $150 for every closed and funded re-roof Ongoing incentives and bonus opportunities Biweekly paycheck — W2 employee, not 1099 Average performers earn an effective rate of $30-$45/hr with bonuses. Required:

FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (no exceptions) Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Smartphone capable of running CRM and drone control apps Ability to walk 4-7 miles/day and carry drone equipment (5-15 lbs) Minimum age 18 Nice to

Prior door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing experience Familiarity with CRM tools (Spotio, AccuLynx, or similar) Working Conditions This is a physically active, outdoor role. You'll be on your feet most of your shift in Colorado sun, wind, and occasionally cold. Peak season (spring-fall) is when earning potential is highest.
