In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with the community through door-to-door outreach, promoting Democratic Primary Candidate/s and gathering valuable feedback. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working directly with the public and have a passion for driving change. Your efforts will contribute significantly to our marketing and fundraising goals. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to inform residents about our programs and initiatives. Engage potential supporters through effective communication and persuasive techniques. Collect data and feedback from community members to help refine our outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records of interactions and report findings to management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from the public. Skills Proven experience in supervising teams or leading projects is a plus. Background canvassing preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse communities. Strong communication skills are essential for successful engagement.
