About Us A&B5C Corp is a growing construction and restoration company specializing in roofing, storm damage inspections, and exterior services. We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team as canvassers to help connect homeowners with our free inspection services. As a canvasser, you will go door-to-door in residential neighborhoods introducing homeowners to our company and offering free roof and exterior inspections. Your main goal is to generate leads and schedule appointments that turn into completed jobs. No construction experience is required — we will provide training. Responsibilities Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods Introduce homeowners to A&B5C Corp services Offer and schedule free roof inspections Collect homeowner contact information Maintain a professional and respectful attitude Represent the company in the field Compensation $16 per hour base pay 2% commission on every job completed from your leads High earning potential depending on performance Requirements Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with homeowners Reliable transportation preferred Self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors Why Work With Us Hourly pay + commission Training provided Flexible schedule Opportunity to grow with the company
