This energetic role offers the opportunity to develop your outside sales skills, promote innovative energy solutions, and make a tangible impact in the community. As a D2D Sales Rep, you will be the face of our brand, building relationships, educating prospects on energy products, and driving growth through personalized customer interactions. This paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to excel in sales, leadership, and customer service. Duties Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce potential customers to our energy solutions and services Identify customer needs and present tailored product options to maximize satisfaction and sales opportunities Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions efficiently Negotiate terms with prospects to close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop effective marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress within CRM systems Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or related fields preferred Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques for engaging diverse audiences Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader customer base Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data Knowledge of solar energy or energy sales is a plus; technical aptitude is beneficial for explaining product features Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a confident, energetic communication style Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals Join us if you're passionate about making an impact through energetic outreach and innovative energy solutions!
