We are seeking energetic and motivated Face to Face Fundraisers to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will connect with the community, raise awareness for vital causes, and inspire support through engaging conversations and donations. International Rescue Committee (IRC) The International Rescue Committee is a global humanitarian organization, founded in 1933 at the call of Albert Einstein, that responds to the world's worst crises to help people whose lives and livelihoods have been shattered by conflict, disaster, and displacement. The IRC delivers life‑saving health care, education, economic support, and protection services while advocating for the rights and safety of refugees and families uprooted by war and climate‑driven emergencies. Standing at the forefront of humanitarian response, the IRC works to ensure that people not only survive but recover and regain control of their futures, holding governments and global systems accountable to those most affected by crisis. This position is a Door/Street Hybrid fundraising/canvassing position where you can expect to stand/walk for 6+ hours outside in all weather conditions, and you are required to obtain 8 donors per week. Full/Part Time 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) unlimited PTO policy and 8 sick days a year Health, Dental, Vision, 401k (company match), disability insurance Work 4 days get paid for 5 •based off performance Monthly fun incentives + weekly bonuses A team-oriented and fun culture with a strong management team Professional Fundraisers earn $22/hr + bonuses Advanced Fundraisers earn $24/hr +bonuses Responsibilities Engage confidently with members of the public in various community settings to communicate the mission and goals of our organization Build meaningful relationships with potential donors, explaining how their support can create lasting impact Promote awareness of our causes through compelling storytelling and active listening Collect donations 8 per week Maintain excellent customer service by addressing questions, providing information, and fostering positive interactions Collaborate with team members to develop strategic plans for outreach campaigns and maximize fundraising efforts Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect quickly and authentically with diverse audiences Experience or interest in fundraising, marketing, service industry or public relations is preferred Excellent communication skills, Strong Emotional Intelligence, with a positive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments Demonstrated relationship management skills and a passion for social causes Prior experience in door face to face fundraising preferred but not required. must be over 18 Join us if you're ready to make an impact!
