This is not a desk job. This is a field sales opportunity for motivated people who are comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face, working outdoors, and getting paid based on results. As a canvasser, your role is to create qualified opportunities by speaking with homeowners, identifying interest, and setting appointments for our sales team. You will be trained on our process, our pitch, and our standards — but your success will depend on your consistency, attitude, and willingness to execute. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants real sales experience, growth potential, and the opportunity to build a high-income skill in a performance-driven environment. What you'll do Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods around Clearwater and nearby areas. Speak with homeowners in a confident, professional, and respectful way. Identify homeowners who may be interested in home improvement or energy-related solutions. Set qualified appointments for the sales team. Follow the company script, training process, and qualification standards. Track daily activity, conversations, and appointments accurately. Work with your team leader to improve your pitch, objection handling, and results. Represent Nova Structa with professionalism in the field. What we're looking for Strong communication skills. Comfortable approaching and speaking with homeowners. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Coachable and willing to follow a proven system. Reliable transportation. Comfortable working outdoors and walking during shifts. Able to handle rejection and stay consistent. Previous door-to-door, canvassing, appointment setting, sales, or customer service experience is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. This role is a good fit it you....
