As we continue to expand throughout South Florida, we are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. Position Overview As an Outside Sales Canvasser, you will play a key role in generating new business by connecting directly with homeowners in local communities. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable talking to people, enjoys being out in the field, and has a natural ability to identify opportunities and start conversations. You do not need extensive roofing or sales experience. We provide training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Our team will work alongside you in the field, teaching you proven strategies, accompanying you on visits, and helping you develop the skills needed to generate appointments and grow your earnings. Key Responsibilities Prospect for new business opportunities in assigned neighborhoods and communities. Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations. Introduce our roofing services and identify potential customer needs. Generate and coordinate appointments for roofing inspections and consultations. Build positive relationships with prospective customers. Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments. Represent the company professionally in the field. Work closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities and conversions. Meet and exceed appointment generation goals. Qualifications Comfortable speaking with new people and building rapport. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team. Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
