Responsibilities Conduct energetic door-to-door visits to introduce and promote energy-saving products and services to prospective clients Identify customer needs through engaging conversations, offering tailored solutions that meet their energy requirements Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales progress accurately Demonstrate excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring a positive experience Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies and improve outreach effectiveness Maintain professionalism and persistence in a competitive sales environment, ensuring consistent follow-up with prospects Leverage marketing materials and bilingual communication skills to connect with diverse communities effectively Skills Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or direct customer engagement Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques for effective outreach Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with a broader customer base Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and customer data Knowledge of solar or energy sales, including technical aspects of energy solutions Excellent negotiation skills to close deals confidently and ethically Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle technical sales inquiries professionally Demonstrated leadership qualities to motivate yourself and potentially mentor new team members Embark on an exciting journey where your proactive approach, persuasive communication, and passion for renewable energy can truly shine! Pay:
$35,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
