We provide paid training and a proven system for success.

What You'll Do:

Generate leads through neighborhood outreach Inspect roofs for storm damage and explain findings to homeowners (training provided) Guide homeowners through the insurance and restoration process Provide estimates and secure agreements for roofing services Collaborate with your team and attend weekly sales meetings

Qualifications:

Sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license and access to reliable vehicle transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection (training provided) Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
