We specialize in products such as air conditioning systems, duct replacement, attic insulation packages, and additional home efficiency upgrades. We are currently seeking motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individuals to join our outside sales team as Energy Efficiency Consultants / Home Energy Advisors. Position Overview This is a door-to-door outside sales position focused on educating homeowners about energy efficiency and helping qualify customers for free home energy evaluations. Representatives work directly in residential neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and guide them through potential energy-saving solutions for their homes. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, working outdoors, and earning uncapped income through performance. Compensation & Benefits $40,000 base salary Uncapped commission structure Performance bonuses and incentives Growth opportunities into leadership and management roles Paid training provided Company support and ongoing mentorship Strong earning potential Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods Speak with homeowners regarding high energy bills and home efficiency concerns Perform basic home energy assessments and customer qualification Schedule consultations and assist customers through the sales process Maintain accurate notes and territory updates Represent the company professionally in the field Meet weekly sales and performance goals Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and self-motivated mindset Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods daily Sales experience is a plus but not required Door-to-door or home improvement experience preferred Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable transportation preferred Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is driven, outgoing, coachable, and motivated by growth and income potential.
