Contract Pay Scale:

Earn $250 per contract Increase to $350 per contract when you average 8+ contracts over a rolling 4-week period PLUS commission on every deal

Weekly Performance Bonuses:

Close 3 deals/week → + $300 bonus total bonus Close 5 deals/week → + $500 total bonus Close 10 deals/week → + $1,000 total bonus (on top of commissions Top performers stack commissions + bonuses and earn significantly more.
