In this role, visit residential and commercial properties, assess tree work needed, provide professional estimates, and close the sale. You'll earn 4-8% commission on each job you close once the work is completed. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor position — ideal for someone with strong tree knowledge and sales ability. Requirements Sales experience preferred — especially door-to-door or outbound Basic knowledge of tree services or willingness to learn quickly Must be professional in appearance and communication Strong work ethic and self-discipline — no micromanagement here Valid driver's license Ability to walk, knock, and hustle outdoors in various conditions Great with people, persuasive, and confident Duties Door to Door sales Drive to customer properties to assess tree work (removal, trimming, pruning) Explain services, safety concerns, and pricing to customers Create accurate written estimates and close jobs on-site or via follow-up Communicate job details with the operations team for scheduling Follow up with customers to finalize proposals and answer questions Maintain a professional, honest, and customer-focused approach at all times Basic knowledge of tree services or willingness to learn quickly Able to manage google calendars and learn new software to upload leads Must be professional in appearance and communication Strong work ethic and self-discipline — no micromanagement here Valid driver's license and will be provided company vehicle during work hours only Ability to walk, knock, and hustle outdoors in various conditions Great with people, persuasive, and confident
