Kuche Modern Design specializes in premium custom cabinetry for kitchens, closets, and bathrooms. We're growing and looking for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the field — visiting clients, generating their own leads, and closing high-value projects on their own schedule. What you'll do Prospect and develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and outreach (designers, builders, homeowners, realtors) Visit potential clients at their homes, job sites, or offices to assess needs and present solutions Guide clients through product options, measurements, and custom design concepts Prepare quotes and follow up independently to close deals Coordinate with our design and production team after the sale to ensure smooth project delivery Maintain communication with clients throughout the project What we're looking for Bilingual English / Spanish — required Proven sales experience — you're comfortable prospecting, presenting, and closing Self-starter who can manage their own time and pipeline without supervision Professional appearance and strong communication skills Basic comfort with technology (email, WhatsApp, quoting tools) Knowledge of home improvement, construction, interior design, or real estate is a plus Own vehicle and ability to travel throughout the Miami metro area CompensationCommission-only • Competitive structureHigh-ticket projects mean high earning potential.
