Full-time, Part-time, Summer Position Salary:
$15.00 per hour base pay + performance bonuses (Earn $20 - $35+/hr average with bonuses) Looking to escape the boring retail counter or greasy fast-food kitchen this summer? Want a job where you can work outside with people your own age, build a massive resume, and actually control how much money you make? Join our Field Marketing Team ! We are AWA Coatings , a leading home restoration company. We help local homeowners permanently protect the exterior walls of their homes against weather damage, cracking, and peeling so they never have to paint again. Your Role is
Simple:
You are the face of our brand in local neighborhoods. You will talk to homeowners, point out visual flaws on their exterior walls, and offer them a free estimate for a lifetime coating. You do NOT do any selling or closing. You just find the interest, hand off the lead, and get paid.

What We Are Looking For:
High energy, a positive attitude, and a competitive drive. Ability to walk outdoors and stay on your feet for your shift. Excellent verbal communication skills (you love talking to people). Reliable transportation to get to our main office daily. Coachable mindset—willingness to learn and adapt daily. Interview Process (How to Apply): We are expanding rapidly for our summer peak and are hosting a Group Information & Open-House Interview Session this upcoming week.
