We're looking for motivated, outgoing people who are confident talking to homeowners and helping grow the business through door-to-door sales. Job Responsibilities Go door-to-door in local neighborhoods offering window cleaning services Talk with homeowners professionally and confidently Explain pricing, services, and current promotions Generate leads and book appointments Track sales and customer information Represent the company in a positive and professional way Requirements Outgoing personality and strong communication skills Comfortable talking to new people Self-motivated and reliable Able to walk neighborhoods for several hours Positive attitude and willingness to learn Sales experience is a plus but not required Pay Commission-based pay Ideal Candidate You're energetic, confident, competitive, and not afraid of rejection.
