The Role:

Field Inspector As a Field Inspector, you will be the frontline ambassador for V&F Champion, engaging directly with homeowners in designated territories. This is a dynamic, door-to-door role where your drive directly impacts your income. Your primary responsibilities will be to: Identify properties with potential damage (often invisible from the ground). Educate homeowners on their rights and the immense value of V&F Champion public adjusting services. Build immediate rapport and trust with homeowners, acting as their initial point of contact and advocate. Collaborate closely with our V&F Inspections team to facilitate damage assessments. Utilize our cutting-edge lead monitoring system to track progress and manage your pipeline effectively.
