What You'll Do Meet with homeowners through warm, company-provided appointments Perform roof inspections and identify customer needs Educate homeowners on roofing systems, products, warranties, and financing options Prepare and present professional roofing proposals Close residential roofing projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience Maintain accurate customer records using the company's CRM Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project execution Generate referrals and build long-term customer relationships Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For Previous sales experience preferred (roofing, home improvement, construction, solar, or in-home sales is a plus) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly motivated with a competitive, self-driven attitude Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when necessary Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Compensation Uncapped commission structure First-year earning potential of $120,000
