This role involves engaging with potential clients directly at their homes, building trust, educating home owners about options and providing top-quality roofing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity for business development and customer service excellence in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. We provide a wrapped vehicle, supplies to be successful in the Field, training to those new to the industry, a work phone and fuel card. Duties Conduct in-person marketing including door-to-door sales visits to prospective residential clients, presenting roofing products and services effectively. Identify customer needs through consultative selling techniques and provide tailored roofing solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and secure ongoing business opportunities. Utilize CRM software such as JobNimbus to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up on sales opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies and promotional campaigns. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM systems. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and new roofing technologies to provide expert advice to clients. Requirements Proven experience in door-to-door sales, roofing sales, or related fields such as technology or business development. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Familiarity with CRM software like JobNimbus or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability in customer service and building long-term client relationships. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking sales activities and follow-ups. A proactive approach to business development with a focus on achieving targets through door to door marketing efforts.
