WHAT YOU'LL DO

Take live inbound calls from homeowners who actually want to sell (no cold outreach). Build connections fast, uncover pain points, and structure deals that win for everyone. Negotiate high-value real estate contracts that close fast and pay big. Collaborate daily with our internal Dispositions team to get properties sold and commissions wired. Get trained daily by some of the sharpest investors and sales pros in the business. This is fast-paced, high-reward, and not for the faint of heart.

WHO YOU ARE A

proven closer is someone who thrives on pressure, not excuses. Hungry, coachable, competitive, allergic to mediocrity. 2+ years of strong sales experience (solar, insurance, car, or door-to-door). Obsessed with personal growth and winning. Ready to go all-in, full-time, in-office in St. Petersburg, FL.

WHAT YOU GET

$4,000 during your 2-month training period (then full commission). Commissions from $3,500-$7,500+ per deal — with no cap. Top performers earn $150K-$350K+ per year.
