In Person We are hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing field marketing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, working outdoors, and earning based on performance. No public adjusting experience is required. We provide training, support, and proven systems to help you succeed. As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you will speak with homeowners, identify potential property damage, and schedule inspections for our team. Responsibilities Canvass assigned neighborhoods door-to-door Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently Generate qualified inspection appointments Educate homeowners about potential property damage and insurance claim assistance Collect and submit lead information accurately Represent AF Claims LLC in a professional manner Report daily activity and scheduled appointments What We Offer Flexible schedule Paid training and ongoing support Opportunity for advancement Work with an established public adjusting firm Strong office and claims support team High earning potential for motivated individuals Qualifications Outgoing and confident personality Comfortable speaking face-to-face with homeowners Self-motivated and dependable Professional appearance and communication skills Ability to work independently Experience in sales, canvassing, roofing, solar, alarms, customer service, or door-to-door marketing is a plus, but not required. Compensation $100 per qualified appointment scheduled. This is a performance-based position with strong earning potential for motivated individuals.
