That means bigger deals, bigger commissions, and a faster pay cycle than almost any sales role in South Miami. About This Position This is a field sales role. You're knocking on doors, standing on driveways, and sitting at kitchen tables in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, and South Miami — closing roofing, impact windows, and exterior painting jobs with high-net-worth homeowners. You run the lead. You write the estimate. You bring back the deposit. That's it. No project management, no admin, no babysitting jobs. Just selling. We're entering hurricane season. Impact windows practically sell themselves right now — and we move fast. Most jobs wrap in 3-6 weeks, and your commission hits when the deposit clears, not when the job finishes.
