Territory:

You will be working throughout: Vero Beach Port St. Lucie Stuart Jupiter Palm Beach Boca Raton …and surrounding service areas. What You'll Be Doing Generate and manage your own opportunities through: networking, referrals, canvassing, relationship-building, and follow-up Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections Educate customers on roofing solutions and the sales process Build detailed proposals using company systems and templates Maintain pipeline activity and follow-up through CRM Guide projects from signed agreement through production completion Maintain strong communication with homeowners and internal teams This is a highly self-managed role requiring persistence, organization, and follow-through.

What We're Looking For:

Prior sales experience strongly preferred Roofing or home improvement sales experience is a major plus, we are also open to strong salespeople from other industries Comfortable knocking doors and generating opportunities Comfortable climbing ladders and walking 1-2 story roofs Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and organized mindset Ability to manage time and pipeline independently Tech-savvy and comfortable working within CRM systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Bonus Points For:

Bilingual ability Construction or restoration background Experience in fast-paced sales environments
