Blue Velocity Consulting - Palm Beach County
PAID CANVASSERS
Blue Velocity Consulting, a Democratic consulting firm, is seeking paid canvassers who can thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment to work to elect Democrats in Palm Beach County. This position is an entry-level position. No experience with canvassing or political work is necessary, but is welcomed. This position will pay $22/hr and will require non-traditional hours (nights and weekends). Canvassers will have the flexibility to set their own schedules. This program will focus in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Lantana, Lake Worth Beach, and Jupiter. Description of Duties Door-to-door canvassing Walking neighborhoods and talking to voters Accurate tracking of contact data on a daily basis using
MiniVAN Qualifications:
This position is an entry-level position. No experience with canvassing or political work is necessary but is welcomed. Ideal candidates would possess the following characteristics: Passionate about electing Democrats in Florida Possesses strong communication skills Enjoys walking for multiple hours and talking to new people Able to work productively on their own and manage time effectively Interested in building change in their communities Reliable transportation (required) Smartphone (required) Pay Pay for the paid canvasser position is $22/hr.
