We are currently hiring motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters / Canvassers to help generate qualified roof inspection appointments for our sales team. This is a field-based, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys meeting people, staying active, and earning performance-based income. No roofing experience required but is a plus. We will train the right person. Job Responsibilities Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods within our service area Introduce homeowners to Shea Roofing in a professional, friendly manner Offer complimentary roof inspections Schedule appointments for our roofing sales team Record activity using company CRM tools (training provided) Coordinate with office staff and management Represent the Shea Roofing brand professionally at all times Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay Performance-based bonuses $25 bonus for every confirmed inspection appointment $150 bonus for every roofing project that closes from your appointment Weekly pay Paid training Advancement opportunities for top performers Mileage reimbursement when applicable Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance bonuses, with strong earning potential for motivated individuals. Schedule Monday through Friday Daytime hours Full-time preferred Part-time may be considered for the right candidate Qualifications Ideal candidates are: Outgoing and comfortable speaking with homeowners Coachable and willing to follow a proven process Reliable with strong attendance Self-motivated and goal-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Able to use a smartphone for basic CRM activity In possession of reliable transportation Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience in any of the following is a plus: Canvassing Door-to-door sales Solar sales Pest control sales Alarm sales Appointment setting Customer service Home services sales Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply if they are motivated and eager to learn.
