In this role, you will work directly with homeowners to identify roofing and restoration needs while helping guide them through the process from inspection to project completion. No roofing experience is required. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and technology tools designed to help you succeed. We are looking for people with strong work ethic, coachable attitudes, and the drive to improve consistently.

What You'll Do:

Connect with homeowners and identify restoration opportunities. Use company-provided video inspection technology to assess roofing concerns. Educate homeowners on the restoration and insurance process. Guide customers through project solutions and help manage expectations. Work alongside experienced leaders while building your communication and sales skills.

Compensation:

First-Year Representatives:

$80,000 - $120,000+ annually

Top Producers and Leaders:
