What You'll Do:

Engage homeowners through friendly, respectful door-to-door canvassing in targeted residential neighborhoods Introduce our roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and residential remodeling services to homeowners who may not know they have a need Schedule free, no-obligation home inspections and consultations for our sales team Build genuine rapport with diverse community members using strong communication and a positive attitude Collect and record accurate lead information, contact details, and homeowner feedback using our tracking system Represent the company professionally at all times, in appearance, tone, and character Collaborate with teammates to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment-setting results Promote community involvement by clearly explaining the value and benefits of our services

What You'll Earn:

What We're Looking For:

Outgoing, energetic personality with strong communication and persuasion skills Prior experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, fundraising, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred — but not required Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish are highly desirable and valued Leadership qualities and experience supervising or motivating others is a plus Ability to walk, stand, and maintain high energy levels throughout the day outdoors Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred for reaching different neighborhoods Basic smartphone proficiency for logging leads and appointments
