WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

You will work directly with homeowners, creating opportunities and guiding them through roofing and restoration solutions. This is a full-time, in-person role where you will: Engage in 2 to 4 homeowner conversations daily Conduct inspections and explain restoration or upgrade options Present solutions and guide customers through the process Train consistently with leaders who push you to improve Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

First Month:

$5,000•8,000

Consistent Performers:

$10,000•15,000+ per month

Seasoned Closers:

$15,000•25,000+ per month
