WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

This is a professional sales role focused on creating opportunity and building trust with homeowners.

You will:

Represent a premium home improvement brand in local communities Introduce homeowners to our Promotional Home Program Generate qualified opportunities for in-home consultations Develop communication, resilience, and confidence through consistent action

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Compensation includes hourly base pay plus performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission. First 30

Days:

$4,000 - $7,000 with bonuses 60-90

Days:

$5,000 to $10,000 per month

Consistent Performers:

$70,000 to $140,000 annually

Leadership Roles:
