Performance-Based Pay Flexible schedule Free uniforms ‍ ️ Earn ~$25-$35+/Hour Walking Neighborhoods (Paid Per Door Hanger) CertaPro Painters® of Cedar Rapids Iowa City / Cedar Rapids / Surrounding Corridor Areas Performance-Based Pay (No Hourly Cap) $0.35 per door hanger Average pace: ~75 doors/hour Typical earnings: ~$25-$35+/hour Weekly pay (1 week in arrears) The harder you work, the more you earn. Schedule 3-4 hour shifts 3 days per week You pick the days and times that work for your schedule What You'll Do Walk neighborhoods and distribute door hangers (Not knocking on doors, just placing door hangers) Follow routes using our tracking app, Strava Log completed work in real time Represent a professional, trusted brand in the field ️ Read This Before Applying This is NOT an hourly job .
