Performance Bonuses:

  • communication, confidence, and field sales fundamentals What Youll Do Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities Set qualified appointments for the sales teams Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team Who Thrives Here Successful candidates are outgoing, motivated, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
