What You'll Do Canvass assigned Boise-area neighborhoods Represent Rob's Roofing in a professional and respectful manner Start conversations with homeowners and generate interest in our services Set qualified appointments for our sales team Work closely with leadership to support project success No hard selling — your role is to open the door, not close the deal.

What You'll Get Base Pay:

$20 per hour

Commission:

Uncapped earning potential per SOLD lead

Bi-weekly and consistent
